Como um defensor do Controle de Natalidade, eu gostaria de aproveitar esta oportunidade para salientar que o desequilíbrio entre a taxa de natalidade do ‘adequado’ e do ‘inadequado’, certamente a maior das ameaças à civilização, nunca poderá ser retificada através de uma competição de berços entre essas duas classes. Nesse sentido, o exemplo das classes inferiores, a fecundidade das classes pobres de espírito, deficientes mentais e miseráveis não serve de ideal para os que são física e mentalmente adequados, sendo os pais dos mais educados e bem sucedidos menos fecundos. Pelo contrário, o problema mais urgente hoje é como limitar e desestimular o excesso de fecundidade dos deficientes físicos e mentais.”
